Welding, Assembly and Finishing
Metaltech Srl uses different welding techniques, including continuous wire welding, tig and the new laser welding via watertight robotic arm, to ensure perfect joints that resist stress and variable loads, performed with millimetric precision. The assembly and finishing process complete the process, crucial phases to ensure that each component is mounted correctly and that the final product is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also long-lasting and reliable.

The assembly of metal, plastic and wooden parts is done using inserts and rivets, salting or spot welding as well as gluing with two-component adhesive.
Each surface is sanded, polished and finished with care, ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards. The finish is not just a matter of aesthetics, it also improves the product's resistance to corrosion and deterioration over time.
